Lisa Reams

Lisa Reams is an Artist Affiliate in Clarinet at Berry College’s Music Department, serving part-time. She holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Florida State University and a Master of Music Performance from the University of Illinois. Her teaching career includes roles at Urbana Middle School (IL, 2006–2007), South Effingham High School (GA), and part-time instruction in the Savannah-Chatham County school district and Armstrong Atlantic State University. She currently directs the Joyful Noise Homeschool Music program.

As a performer, Reams has played with ensembles such as the Savannah Philharmonic, Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra, and Rome Symphony Orchestra. Her performances include roles in *The Nutcracker*, *Into the Woods*, and *Frozen*. She has released three albums via Albany Records and spent a season with the Ohio Light Opera Orchestra.

Her awards include consecutive Straight Superior Ratings at the 2008 and 2009 LGPE festivals while teaching at South Effingham High School.
