Dr. Lisa Micheelsen is a Part-Time Lecturer in Classics at Concordia University of Edmonton and holds a half-time position in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Athabasca University. She teaches courses on Greek and Roman mythology, literature, and civilizations. Her research focuses on ancient philology, eschatology, thanatology, and critical approaches to gender and race in antiquity and classical scholarship.
