Lisa Kurz

Lisa Kurz is a Part-Time Lecturer at the ESB Business School of Hochschule Reutlingen and Hochschule Furtwangen, where she teaches Work Economics and Strategic Innovation Management. She is affiliated with the Ludwig-Uhland-Institut für Empirische Kulturwissenschaft at the University of Tübingen and collaborates with the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering (IAO). Her research focuses on organizational and corporate culture, sustainable management, and transformation processes in networked work environments.

She contributes to Fraunhofer IAO’s sustainability management guidelines and bridges empirical cultural studies with transdisciplinary engineering and business practices.
