Lisa Gunther is an Associate Lecturer and PhD candidate at Lancaster University's Management School, specializing in Organisation, Work and Technology. Her research focuses on integrating Aristotle's concept of phronēsis (practical wisdom) into management education to counter ethical failures and AI's dominance in decision-making.
