Lisa Foster is an Associate Professor of Education and Chair of Quantitative Research at Liberty University. She previously served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Harvard Graduate School of Education (2011–2014) and as Co-PI/Project Director at Development Services Group (2014).

Her research focuses on fidelity of implementation in educational interventions, mixed-methods design, and contextual factors influencing academic outcomes. She has explored these themes in gifted education and literacy/math programs.
Recent publications address synthesis challenges in evidence-based policy, summer reading programs in high-poverty schools, and fidelity metrics in curriculum evaluation.
