Lisa Cain

Lisa Cain is an Assistant Professor at Florida International University's Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. She specializes in organizational behavior and marketing, with a focus on internal and external customer behavior in hospitality, including work-life balance for executive chefs, substance abuse among hospitality workers, and loyalty mechanisms.

Her research bridges traditional hospitality management with emerging technologies, particularly robotics and co-creation strategies.
