Linh Nguyen

Linh Nguyen is a Piano Faculty member at the conservatory of Mount Royal University (MRU), offering online-only lessons since 2019. He specializes in piano performance and pedagogy, with over 20 years of teaching experience. His career spans international performances as a soloist, accompanist, and chamber musician in countries including Finland, Vietnam, Russia, Sweden, Norway, Poland, and Spain. He has collaborated with orchestras such as the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet's Orchestra and has recorded for Vietnam Television.

• Education: Studied piano performance at the Moscow Conservatory (Russia), and in Finland and Canada under professors like Tatyana Galitskaya, Elżbieta Guzek-Soini, and Marylin Engle.
• Masterclasses: Participated in sessions led by Zinaida Ignatieva, Bronislawa Kawalla, and others.

His repertoire spans Baroque, Classical, Romantic, Impressionist, and Contemporary eras. He currently resides in Calgary, running a private studio focusing on Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) examinations and competitions. His students have achieved notable success in national and international competitions.
