Lindsey McCormick

Lindsey Brown McCormick is an Associate Professor in the Counselor Education Department at The Chicago School, specializing in perinatal mental health, reproductive trauma, and EMDR therapy. Her clinical focus spans women's mental health, neurodivergence in motherhood, LGBTQIA+ families, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. She provides trauma-informed care for clients with chronic health conditions and advocates for accessibility in Appalachian communities.

Dr. McCormick holds multiple licenses across Appalachian states and certifications in perinatal mental health, lactation counseling, and telehealth. Her clinical work integrates feminist, humanistic, and relational approaches to address power dynamics and promote client empowerment.
