Lindsey Macmillan is a Professor of Economics at University College London (UCL) and Founding Director of the Centre for Education Policy and Equalising Opportunities (CEPEO). She also holds roles as a Research Fellow at the Institute for Fiscal Studies and a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics.
