Lindsay Hogan is an Associate Professor of the Practice and Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Communication Department at Boston College. Her research focuses on media industry studies, children's media culture, and theories of stardom and celebrity. Her work has been published in journals such as Cinema Journal, The Velvet Light Trap, and Interactions: Studies in Communication and Culture. She is also a co-founding contributing editor for the media studies blog Antenna: Responses to Media and Culture.
Dr. Hogan holds a Ph.D. and maintains an active role in academic leadership through her directorship of undergraduate studies. Her research interrogates the intersection of media production practices and cultural consumption patterns, particularly within children's media environments and celebrity discourse.
