Lindred Greer

Lindy Greer is a Professor of Management and Organizations at the Stephen M Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and a Faculty Associate at the Research Center for Group Dynamics, Institute for Social Research.

Her educational background includes a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in social and organizational psychology from Leiden University in the Netherlands.

Greer's research focuses on how to lead high-performing teams, with work published in leading outlets such as Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Science, and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
