Linda Arcelin

Linda Arcelin is a Lecturer at the University of La Rochelle, affiliated with the Faculty of Law and Political Science and the CEJLR Research Team. She serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science (FDSP) and Head of the Master's in Business Law program.

She teaches domestic and European competition law, consumer law, distribution law, business law, private e-contracts, law of companies in difficulty, corporate law, and advertising law. She contributes to interdisciplinary studies in digital law and European legal frameworks.
