Lidia Alecci is a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Informatics, Università della Svizzera italiana (USI) since October 2021. She holds a double Master’s degree in Informatics from USI and the University of Milano-Bicocca (2021), with a thesis focused on robust sleep behavior recognition using wearable sensors. Her research combines wearable computing, affective computing, and machine learning to address interpersonal variability in physiological and behavioral patterns.
