Micol Ferrario

Micol Ferrario is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics of the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI) and a teaching and research assistant at the Law Institute (IDUSI), concurrently pursuing her PhD at the Université de Neuchâtel under co-supervision of Prof. Mahon and Prof.ssa De Rossa.

Her academic credentials include:

• Laurea in Law with honors (2016) from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, thesis focused on interpretative use of comparative law
• Master in Economics and International Policies with honors (February 2018) from USI via double degree program after significant research experience

Her research spans Comparative Law, Comparative Constitutional Law, Economic Law, Human Rights, and Public International Law, with specific emphasis on transjudicial communication mechanisms and judicial interpretation frameworks.

She has received recognition through:
