Libby Carter

Dr Libby Carter is a Lecturer at Birmingham City University's Business School, specializing in Event, Venue and Experience Management and Global Sport Management. With a PhD from Coventry University, her work focuses on the social legacy of mega events and narrative-driven behavior change in event contexts.

Research interests include:

• Social legacy assessment in mega events
• Narrative design for behavioral transformation
• Legacy policy evaluation
