Lianne Sheppard

Dr. Lianne Sheppard is the Interim Chair of the Department of Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences (DEOHS) and Professor in both DEOHS and the Department of Biostatistics at the University of Washington. She holds the Rohm & Haas Endowed Professorship in Public Health Sciences. Her research focuses on air pollution epidemiology, exposure modeling, and environmental health disparities, with a particular emphasis on neurotoxicant effects and multi-pollutant exposures. She leads NIH-funded training programs, including the Biostatistics, Epidemiologic & Bioinformatics Training in Environmental Health and the SURE-EH diversity initiative.
