Li-Ming CHE

Li-Ming CHE is currently an Assistant Professor at the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Xiamen University, China. His academic journey includes a Doctor of Engineering from China Agricultural University (2005-2010) and a Bachelor of Engineering from the same institution (2001-2005). He also gained international experience as a co-fostered doctoral student at Monash University, Australia, from March 2008 to March 2009.

Key subfields include nutrient encapsulation, biofilm-resistant materials, hydrocolloid rheology, and industrial drying process optimization.
