Levon Abrahamyan

Levon Abrahamyan is Associate Professor of Virology at Université de Montréal's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. His laboratory investigates molecular mechanisms of virus-host interactions for pathogens including coronaviruses, influenza, and arboviruses. Research employs proteomics, microscopy, and genomic approaches to develop antiviral strategies. Dr. Abrahamyan leads projects on swine viruses, honeybee viromes, and emerging zoonoses, collaborating with CRIPA and GREMIP research centers.
