Letizia Tschetsche is a Researcher and doctoral candidate affiliated with the University of Münster. She holds dual appointments at the Chair for Transformation of the World of Work (Prof. Dr. Julia Backmann) and the Junior Professorship for Digital Transformation and Society (Prof. Dr. Benedikt Berger). Since November 2024, she also works as a Global Communications employee at BASF Coatings in Münster. Her research focuses on the impact of generative AI systems on employees and organizational structures, as well as human performance in socio-technical systems. She is actively involved in projects funded by BASF Coatings and the DFG.
