Leslie Boozer

Dr. Leslie Boozer serves as Chair of the Department of Leadership Studies and Professor of Practice at the University of San Diego's School of Leadership and Education Sciences. She holds an EDD in Urban Superintendents Program and EDM in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University, a JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and a BA in Business Administration and History/Political Science from Cumberland College.

Her research explores educational policy, leadership for social justice and equity, K-12 leadership in urban/suburban districts, and grassroots social movements. Dr. Boozer has extensive experience in PK-12 executive leadership and has facilitated programs at the Harvard Institute for School Leadership.
