Leon Anidjar is an Affiliate at the Transatlantic Technology Law Forum (TTLF) and the Inaugural Fellow & Lecturer in Law & Business at Vanderbilt University School of Law. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor in Corporate Law and Governance at IE University, Madrid. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is completing a doctoral project in Business Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, focusing on startup governance strategies. His research explores corporate law pluralism, venture capital dynamics, and AI regulatory frameworks.
