Professor Lenny Ng is a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics at Duke University, affiliated with the Trinity College of Arts & Sciences. He specializes in knot theory, symplectic and contact geometry, and low-dimensional topology. His research includes work on Legendrian knots, as evidenced by his Legendrian knot atlases and collaborations. Ng is actively involved in academic service, organizing conferences like the CBMS Summer School on Legendrian Links (2025) and serving as an editor for Quantum Topology.
