Lene Frost Andersen

Lene Frost Andersen is a Professor in the Department of Nutrition at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Oslo. Her work centers on dietary research, with a strong emphasis on methodology, public health, and sustainability. She has led major research initiatives and held leadership roles, including Head of the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences (2017–2024).
