Leland Chen is a Professor of Violin at the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM). He is renowned for his technical mastery and musical versatility, spanning styles from Bach to Bartók. His career includes performances with orchestras such as the Philharmonia, London Philharmonic, and Royal Philharmonic, as well as tours across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Education: Leland began violin studies at age 9 in Taiwan, later earning scholarships to the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Yehudi Menuhin School (UK), and Menuhin Academy (Switzerland), under mentors Robert Masters and Yehudi Menuhin.
