Lee Waters

Lee Waters is a Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the Faculty of Education, Arts, Science and Technology, University of Northampton. With over 12 years of teaching experience, he specializes in psychological topics and research projects related to sports decision-making and visual systems.

Research Focus: Lee employs eye-tracking technology to analyze cognitive mechanisms in elite athletes and officials across Taekwondo, Archery, Football, Rugby, and Waterpolo. His current PhD work examines visual decision-making processes in sports, while his teaching emphasizes critical thinking and practical application of psychological theories.
