Duncan Mascarenhas is an Associate Professor of Sport & Exercise Psychology and Coaching at Edinburgh Napier University's School of Applied Sciences. A Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years' experience in elite sports officiating, he combines psychological expertise with technical skills from his former career as a video producer to create innovative training resources for sports officials.
