LeJon Poole

Dr. LeJon Poole serves as Director of the Healthcare Management program and Associate Professor of Management at Campbell University's School of Business. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses, specializing in strategic healthcare management for rural hospitals and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). Before joining Campbell, he held roles as a Fellow at Elon University’s Love School of Business and Assistant Professor at Fayetteville State University.

Education: B.A. in History and English (Samford University), MBA (University of Alabama at Birmingham), and PhD in Health Administration – Strategic Management (UAB). He also consults for healthcare organizations in the Southeast and serves on Saint Joseph’s of the Pines Board of Trustees.
