Dr. Laure Spaltenstein is a Researcher at the University of Lucerne's Faculty of Culture and Social Sciences, affiliated with the SNF Förderprofessur led by Prof. Dr. Boris Previšić. Her research focuses on the conceptual history of musical performance in the 19th century. She holds a PhD from Humboldt University Berlin (2015), preceded by a Master's in Historical Musicology (2011) and a Bachelor's in Musicology and Latin Philology from the University of Basel (2009).
