Laura Nelson is a Lecturer in Tourism and Events at the University of Sunderland, with a PhD in wellbeing, festivals, and events. She serves as Deputy Programme Leader for the BSc (Hons) International Tourism and Hospitality Management and leads modules across undergraduate and postgraduate programs in tourism, hospitality, and events.
