Dr. Laura Joyner is a Research Fellow in Suicide Prevention Research at Middlesex University's Faculty of Science and Technology, Department of Psychology. She holds an MSc in Psychology from the University of East London (2020) and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Westminster (2023). Her work focuses on technology's impact on social behavior, moral judgments in digital contexts, and surveillance technologies for public health interventions. Current projects include evaluating surveillance systems to prevent suicides at high-risk locations.
