Laura Flatow

Laura Flatow is a Clinical Associate Professor of Animal Science and Pre-Vet Coordinator at Berry College. She holds a B.S. from Iowa State University and both M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California.

Her research focuses on the intersection of immune system function and production efficiency in animals, particularly exploring how nutritional strategies can modulate immune responses. Teaching emphases include Anatomy & Physiology, Principles of Nutrition, and Immunology within the Animal Science curriculum.

As Pre-Vet Coordinator, she advises students pursuing veterinary medicine pathways. She is located in ANS 220 and can be reached via lflatow@berry.edu.
