Lane Wesson

Lane Wesson is a Professor in the College of Education at Gardner-Webb University, specializing in teacher education and middle level instructional practices.

Her research focuses on innovative support systems for beginning educators, particularly examining teacher residency models that extend beyond traditional Beginning Teacher Support Programs (BTSP).
