Lisa Moore

Lisa Moore is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Teacher Education at Catawba College. She is also an Adjunct Instructor within the same department and serves as a member of the beginning teacher support team in Cabarrus County Schools. Her professional background spans over 30 years in education, including roles as a teacher and school administrator at elementary and middle school levels.

• B.A. and M.Ed. in Intermediate Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte
• Curriculum and Instruction Certification from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte
• Principal Licensure from Gardner Webb University

Her research and professional interests focus on teacher education, literacy development, and administrative practices in K-8 education. She actively contributes to educator support initiatives through her work with Cabarrus County Schools and Catawba College.
