Lale Asik

Lale Asik is an Assistant Professor of Computational Mathematics at the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW), within the Department of Mathematics and Statistics in the School of Mathematics, Science, and Engineering. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Texas Tech University (2020), an M.S. in Mathematics from Texas Tech (2016), and prior degrees from institutions in Turkey. Her research focuses on mathematical modeling of ecological, toxicological, and epidemiological systems using dynamical systems theory.
