KyungMo Han

Dr. KyungMo Han is a Professor and Director of the Professional Athletic Training Program (ATP) in the Department of Kinesiology at San Jose State University. His program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE). He has led re-accreditation efforts and held prior roles as ATP Director at Cal State Dominguez Hills and adjunct faculty at Brigham Young University.

• M.A. in Physical Education and Sports, New York University
• B.S. in Physical Education, Seoul National University

His expertise spans athletic training, sports medicine, and strength conditioning. He has served as a Medical Service Manager for the City of Seoul Team during the 2016 National Sports Festival, Head Athletic Trainer for the 2002 Asian Games Judo, and on medical teams for the 1999 and 2000 World Cup Short Track Speed Skating. Currently, he contributes to global standards as a member of the International Board of Certification (iBOC) council, representing Korea with the World Federation of Athletic Training and Therapy (WFATT).

Dr. Han holds certifications including Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor. He has also served on BOC exam panels and advisory roles.
