Konrad S. Lee serves as Department Head of Management and holds the Vernon M. and MaRee C. Buehler Endowed Professor of Management position at Utah State University's Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. He earned a JD and MBA from Brigham Young University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Calgary. A recognized authority in business law, he previously directed the MBA program and developed its entrepreneurship curriculum.
His research focuses on employment law, business ethics, and legal education, with specializations in military employment rights, medical privacy, digital anonymity, and pedagogical methods for legal studies. He publishes extensively on USERRA compliance, anti-employer blogging implications, and constitutional due process in family law.
