Rick Hardcopf is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, Utah State University. Before academia, he worked in industry and consulting firms including 3M, Accenture, and Deloitte, specializing in Lean/Six Sigma implementation.
