Kirsten Hauser is a Lecturer in the Criminology, Law and Society Department at George Mason University. She holds a J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. summa cum laude from Concordia College. Her expertise includes criminal law and procedure, legal ethics, trial practice, and evidence. She has prior professional experience as a prosecutor at the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office and as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Minnesota Federal District Court and Court of Appeals.
