Kirsten Hauser

Kirsten Hauser is a Lecturer in the Criminology, Law and Society Department at George Mason University. She holds a J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. summa cum laude from Concordia College. Her expertise includes criminal law and procedure, legal ethics, trial practice, and evidence. She has prior professional experience as a prosecutor at the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office and as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Minnesota Federal District Court and Court of Appeals.

Her research focuses on legal ethics, criminal procedure, and the intersection of law and societal policies. She actively volunteers as a high school Mock Trial attorney advisor.
