Kimberly Shurtleff, MS, OTR/L, BCPR, CHT, serves as the Assistant Academic Fieldwork Coordinator at the School of Occupational Therapy, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS), Manchester campus.
