Dr. Kimberly Elliott is an Assistant Professor-Teaching in the School of Teaching and Learning at Western Carolina University, part of the College of Education and Allied Professions. She holds a Doctor of Education (EDD), Specialist in Education (EDS), and Master of Science in Administration (MSA) from Appalachian State University. With 40 years of experience in North Carolina’s education system, she retired as a school superintendent and currently serves as the founder and CEO of Elliott & Associates Educational Consulting, LLC.
