Kimberly Baggs serves as the Director of the Teaching Fellows Program at CSU's College of Education, where she has worked since 2014. Her role includes recruiting high school seniors into the teaching profession through South Carolina’s CERRA initiative and mentoring Teaching Fellows throughout their college careers. She holds a Master of Science in Community Counseling from Georgia State University and a BA in Psychology from Asbury University, and is currently pursuing an EdD in educational leadership.
