Kim Monson (she/her) is a Black, cis female social work professional based in Western Massachusetts. She holds academic roles as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Smith College School for Social Work (SSW), Adjunct Professor at Westfield State University (WSU), and faculty member at Therapy Training Boston’s Intensive Certificate Program in Family Systems Therapy. Her clinical practice focuses on trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, and mental health challenges in diverse populations.
