Kim Hoque is Professor of Human Resource Management and Vice Dean (People and Culture) at King's Business School, King's College London. Kim Hoque is actively engaged in policy impact. He co-founded the Disability@Work research group (2013) and the Disability Employment Charter (2021), which has been endorsed by over 100 organizations. His research has influenced government policy, including revisions to the Disability Confident scheme and the inclusion of disabled apprenticeship targets in the Industrial Strategy. He advises governmental and non-governmental bodies, including NHS Scotland and the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Disability.
