Dr. Khalil M. Dirani is a Professor and Department Head of Educational Administration & Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University (TAMU), where he holds the JL & Sidney Huffines `44 Endowed Chair. Previously, he served as Assistant and Associate Professor of HRD at the University of Georgia, following his PhD from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His research focuses on learning organizations, talent development in global contexts, and interdisciplinary team collaborations. He leads the Gulf of Mexico and Soil-for-Society Networks, and has held roles like Past-President of the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD).
Dr. Dirani’s academic leadership includes editorial board memberships for Advances in Developing Human Resources and Human Resource Development International.
