About
Kevin Weber is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Music, Nazareth University. He has 17 years of experience as a public school educator, currently in his 10th year at the Hilton Central School District, teaching general music, elementary chorus, and 7th/8th grade band at Merton Williams Middle School. He has collaborated with renowned artists like Victor Wooten and Steve Danyew, and co-advises the Best Buddies Chapter, which was named Outstanding Chapter of the Year.
- Education: Bachelor of Music and Master of Science in Education from Nazareth College, with a minor in trumpet performance.
His research interests include music education for neurodiverse learners, inclusive musical composition, and pedagogical approaches in jazz and band instruction. As a performer, he has played with ensembles such as the Nazareth University Night Flyers (and serves as its director) and the Rochester Oratorio Society.
Leadership: Kevin coordinates the MCSMA Junior High Band All-County program.
