Kevin Shaw

Dr. Kevin Shaw is a Professor at Grove City College's Hopeman School, affiliated with both the Biology and Chemistry departments. With 18 years of service, he teaches biochemistry courses and leads research in protein thermodynamics, contributing to a database he has developed over his career.

His research focuses on understanding living systems through chemical approaches and maintaining a specialized database for protein thermodynamics data. He emphasizes student engagement in teaching and lab work, particularly through a biochemistry seminar designed to simplify complex concepts.
