Kevin J. Pearson, PhD, is a Professor and Assistant Dean for Research Engagement at the College of Medicine, University of Kentucky. He is affiliated with the Saha Cardiovascular Research Center, CVRC, and Markey Cancer Center, and serves on graduate faculties in Nutritional Sciences and Toxicology.
