Kevin Anderson

Kevin Anderson is a Professor of Bible and Theology at Asbury University, specializing in New Testament studies with emphases on Luke-Acts, Johannine literature, and Pauline epistles. He holds a Ph.D. from London School of Theology/Brunel University, an M.Div. from Nazarene Theological Seminary, and a B.A. from Trinity Bible College.

His research explores resurrection theology in Luke-Acts, Johannine writings, and Pauline letters. Recent projects include a Wesleyan-oriented commentary on Hebrews and an upcoming Acts commentary. He is a member of the Society of Biblical Literature and Wesleyan Theological Society.

Teaching focuses on biblical interpretation, Old/New Testament surveys, and Christian theology. Current courses include Synoptic Gospels, Writings of John, and Biblical Interpretation.

Publications span exegesis, theological commentary, and biblical dictionaries. Ongoing projects include a general epistles commentary and works on early church growth.
