Kerry Engler

Kerry Engler is an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco's School of Management and works as a part-time faculty member. She specializes in organizational development, strategic planning, and leadership coaching, with a focus on neurodiversity and fostering inclusive workplaces. She holds an MA in Organization Development from USF (2012), a BA in English from St. Mary's College (1994), and a teaching credential from San Francisco State University (1998).

Engler serves on multiple boards, including the Archbishop Riordan High School Board of Trustees and the Charles Armstrong School Board, focusing on education advocacy for learners with differences. She co-chairs the School of Management's Organization Development Advisory Committee and contributed to Archbishop Riordan's strategic planning initiatives.

Her professional experience includes leadership roles at Genentech and as President of Learning Through Change, Inc., a firm specializing in organizational change and systems thinking. She designs programs to enhance team resilience, adaptive capacity, and sustainable institutional growth.
