Dr. Kernaghan Webb is an Associate Professor in the Law and Business department at Toronto Metropolitan University and Director of the Toronto Metropolitan University Institute for the Study of Corporate Social Responsibility. He holds LLB, LLM, and LLD (PhD in law) degrees. His research focuses on regulatory innovation, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and the intersection of law with business practices, particularly in the mining sector and consumer protection. He has contributed to international standards like ISO 26000 and serves on ISO committees for anti-bribery management systems and sustainable procurement.
